Refund/Cancellation Policy

Student Leadership & Learning Program Cancellation Policy

Below is a comprehensive cancellation policy for ACSI Student Leadership & Learning programs. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity and smooth operation of our programs, address various contingencies, encourage responsible decision-making, and enhance the overall experience for participants. It also helps in effective program management. Please review the policy and confirm your understanding before completing the registration process.

Cancellation Policy:

1. All fees are due at the time of registration for all student programs.
2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 45 days or less before the program’s start date.
3. If cancellations are made between 46 and 60 days before the program’s start date, a 25% refund of the total fees paid (minus processing fees) will be provided.
4. If cancellations are made 61 days or more before the program’s start date, a 75% refund of the total fees paid (minus processing fees) will be provided.

Please note:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Any applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SLL@acsi.org.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation date.
• If regional or global circumstances impact an in-person program, the ACSI Student Leadership & Learning team will communicate whether the event will be transitioned to a virtual program, rescheduled, or canceled. In these circumstances, refunds will be issued if the program does not have an alternative option available. If an alternative option is provided, then the above cancellation policy applies.

This policy aims to ensure fairness to both participants and the program organizers, allowing for adequate time to manage resources and accommodate changes.
