Create Spiritual Growth in Your School

Plan Spiritual Growth—the Administrator
Administrators need to create vision, implement programs and define outcomes for students and staff. All of this should be accomplished while mindful of the spiritual DNA of the school.

Facilitate Spiritual Growth—the Teacher
Teachers have significant opportunities to make an impact on the spiritual lives of their students. Define your giftings and put them to use. Come ready to share some of your best practices.

Experience Spiritual Growth—the Student
Students need to be challenged and encouraged to grow spiritually. Opportunities need to be provided to develop areas of service, giftings and character.

A School-wide Bible Program That Leads Students to Hear God Accurately
The relativism of our culture is weaving its way into the Christian sub-culture in a variety of ways. The most damaging is the way that it is affecting the way Christians approach the Bible. Though believers place high value on the Bible, some approach it in a relativistic way believing that it is too vague to interpret in a definitive way.

These people say, “We bring our assumptions and values to it, so instead of arguing who is right or wrong, we should let people discover the Bible and its meaning for themselves.” But a careful reading of the Law, Prophets, History and Apostles reveals strong warning about twisting the word of God to suit personal tastes and opinions.

The writers of the Bible audaciously claimed that God Himself was speaking through them and that His goal was no less than an authoritative, definitive and timeless revelation of His glory. This workshop will focus on how to develop a school-wide Bible program that prepares students to rightly interpret and apply God’s Word.
