Loveland, CO Workshop

Join us in Loveland, CO where Carly Bedard will help you to gain practical strategies for nurturing young minds with impactful workshop sessions!
Nurturing Creativity and Joyful Learning Through Play and Art
To unleash transformative teaching, we must anchor our early childhood experiences in God’s Word, and understand that children have been wired to inquire and to explore. Our job in teaching is to inspire creativity within our classrooms by providing engaging, playful, hands-on experiences. Learning is enriched when we intentionally make meaningful connections with the instructional content throughout our day while using play as a vehicle to engage children in the learning process. This scaffolds learning in all domains of learning to provide a rich Christ-centered, child-focused experience.
We invite you to join us for a fun-filled, interactive workshop that will inspire, empower, and encourage you in your work with young children. Come and learn practical ways to integrate research-based strategies to support young children’s learning with engagement, fun, and JOY!
Understand the Role of Creativity and Play: Identify the benefits of process-oriented art and play-based learning, and explore their essential roles in promoting creativity, language development, and joyful learning in early childhood settings.
Integrate Creative Art and Play: Develop strategies to seamlessly incorporate open-ended art and play experiences into the classroom, overcoming barriers to implementation and aligning with learning standards.
Enhance Language and Literacy: Utilize songs, rhymes, and movement to support the development of language, literacy, and vocabulary, creating an engaging and dynamic learning environment.
Experience Hands-On Learning: Participate in self-reflective, interactive sessions that reveal the healing, resilience-building, and joy-inducing power of creativity and play, both for children and educators.
