Leadership that is Anchored in Christ
Effective leadership is a driver of quality improvement in Christian early education programs. The Leaders’ Summit will center around four key themes focused on spiritual formation and leadership in Christian education. We will look first at how we withstand life's challenges and remain faithful in the face of trials by being conformed to the image of Christ. Secondly, we’ll examine the lies and pressures that affect our early childhood programs and determine how to counteract these with the truth and the Pyramid model for healthy social and emotional growth. Thirdly, we’ll explore the strategies for effective leadership during times of change through the lens of Nehemiah's leadership. Finally, we will be encouraged by reaffirming the divine call to serve students and families even while acknowledging the challenges of ministry.
