Preconference Topics:
1. Student Leadership Institute Educator Training with Emily Pigott - Cost: $169.00 - See dropdown below

The Student Leadership Institute (SLi) provides a biblically grounded, year-long servant leadership program designed to assist students in cultivating and developing servant leadership skills. These skills will prepare them to influence their culture for Christ. Rather than simply offering a curriculum, SLi integrates a holistic leadership development program into a school’s core identity. Through a three-pronged approach—personal spiritual growth, theoretical understanding, and practical skill application—students are equipped to become Christlike leaders capable of navigating and impacting today’s culture. This comprehensive SLi Educator Training equips schools with all the resources needed to successfully implement a student leadership program and foster a lasting culture of servant leadership on their campuses. A customized approach is taken for each school, and a personalized implementation plan is developed during the training.
SLi Educator Training Objectives
- Learn how to effectively train students in the biblical model and definition of servant leadership with a core emphasis on the four SLi Operating Principles
- Learn to create a healthy student leadership culture on your campus
- Learn to identify and develop student leaders by providing them with a sustainable and applicable leadership training program that can be incorporated into any schedule
- Learn to identify and train staff members who will partner together to lead a student leadership development program on your campus
2. Inspire Accreditation Training Course for Schools with Michael McNabb - Cost $70.00 - See dropdown below
This workshop is designed to introduce ACSI's new Inspire accreditation protocol and provide a broad overview of some of the exciting changes. If you are a head of school, school leader, accreditation coordinator, potential visiting team member, or want to know more about the accreditation process, this workshop is for you! School leaders who have accreditation visits in the next 2-3 years or would like to start the initial accreditation process are strongly encouraged to sign up for this training.
Participants will receive the latest digital copies of the new accreditation handbooks and manuals and access other valuable accreditation resources. They will also be invited to share ideas and advice with one another and participate in small group discussions, practical application activities, and a Q&A time. This workshop will help leaders feel confident and prepared to lead their schools through the accreditation process and facilitate the journey toward continuous school improvement!
