Philip Scott, Vice President for Legal Affairs at ACSI, has served with the organization since 2011. Based in Washington, DC, he focuses on state advocacy and organizing Christian school voices. With a background in education, religion, and law, Philip consults schools on legal, legislative, and HR matters and edits the Legal Legislative Update. He has taught civics, ethics, nonprofit law, and education law at various levels. A two-time graduate of Liberty University, he holds an undergraduate degree in Education and a Juris Doctorate. Philip lives in Colorado with his wife, Heather, and their three children, dog, and cat.

Our preconference will take place on Sunday, 30 March. This event is separate from the conference.

Peer-to-peer breakouts at ABI are the heart and soul of our conference. Presenting a breakout is a wonderful opportunity to share your passion, your new idea, and your success across a number of educational areas.
