Head-To-Head
Join us for ACSI's virtual roundtable series, “Head-to-Head." Heads of school from across the nation are invited to attend this virtual, national roundtable to connect with peers and gain valuable insight on topics critical to Christian schools. Through constructive conversations and relationship-building, Head-to-Head helps school leaders become Stronger Together.

There will be two registration options for each session based on school size. This allows school leaders to connect with peers who have similar concerns, experiences, and questions.

Moving the Needle on Hiring and Retention
There is a Ziprecruiter commercial that has the tagline, “Like Finding the Needle in a Haystack.” Ever feel that way about hiring? Let’s face it, hiring quality staff for our schools was tough before inflation and the Great Resignation following the Covid years. It is even tougher now. Pay has increased across the board and job vacancies have been plentiful. It does indeed feel like searching for the needle in the haystack. And while there is no magic wand we plan to propose, we do believe schools can move the needle with some smart tools, processes and actions on both the hiring and retention fronts. We know you have the basics covered so we won’t take the time to go there. We will instead bore deeply into the key essentials that will keep our schools well-staffed.
