Event Participation Fees

Participation Fees for all events (excluding Creative Writing Festival and Student Leadership Experiences) are submitted through the Participation Fees Form. Participation Fees for In-Person events and Digital Math Olympics are due 30 days prior to the event. STEM Participation Fees are due by January 8, 2024. You can find updated Participation Fees for 2023-24 listed on our Events pages. Please note: paying Participation Fees does not register you for an event. Creative Writing Participation Fees

Participation Fees for digital Creative Writing Festivals are paid at the same time entries are submitted through ACSI Student E-vents on or before the Submissions Deadline of 2/23/24. You may begin submitting entries on 1/23/24. Late entries will not be accepted.
