Student Leadership Institute
The Student Leadership Institute offers a biblically-based program designed to assist students in cultivating and developing servant leadership skills. These skills will prepare them to influence their culture for Christ. SLi’s mission is to assist young people in developing their leadership philosophy and skills through a comprehensive, year-long program grounded in biblical principles. A robust Educator Training is provided to equip schools with everything they will need to implement this student leadership development program on their campus.

Student Leadership Institute is not a curriculum; rather, it is a servant leadership development program that is incorporated into the DNA of a school. By incorporating a three-pronged approach to personal spiritual growth – theory, skills, and application – students are provided with the foundation they need to develop into Christlike leaders, equipped and prepared to navigate this culture for Christ. Everything you need to implement this in your school is included in the Student Leadership Institute Educator Training materials.
Student Leadership Institute Educator Training Locations
We are excited to offer FOUR locations for the Student Leadership Institute Educator Training this school year! We recommend registering a core group of 2 to 4 individuals that will oversee the implementation of SLi in your school. This group might include roles such as the Spiritual Life Director, Chaplain, Principal, and Assistant Principal, among others.
Administrators and teachers attending the SLi training will receive 6 Educational CEUs from ACSI.

SLi Educator Trainings
The Student Leadership Institute offers a biblically-based program designed to assist students in cultivating and developing servant leadership skills. These skills will prepare them to influence their culture for Christ. The institute's mission is to aid students in developing their leadership philosophy and skills through a comprehensive, year-long program grounded in biblical principles. Intentional training for school leaders and teachers is provided before SLi implementation which equips them to create a student leadership program and culture on their campus. A customized approach is taken for each school, and a personalized implementation plan is developed during the training.
Educator Training Objectives
- Learn how to effectively train students in the biblical model and definition of servant leadership with a core emphasis on the four SLi Operating Principles
- Learn to create a healthy student leadership culture on your campus
- Learn to identify and develop student leaders by providing them with a sustainable and applicable leadership training program that can be incorporated into any schedule
- Learn to identify and train staff members who will partner together to lead a student leadership development program on your campus
